Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping across Canada takes about 3 to 9 business days via UPS. Some orders also have an expedited option at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over $100. Under $100, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Do you ship to the US or overseas?

Yes. We ship to the United States and a number of other countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Local pickup

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Choose Local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 53 Saintsbury Crescent, Brampton, ON L6R 2V9. Pickup is free. See our Local Pickup Policy for details.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 14 days. Returns are free if the product is unopened and unused. Full details are in our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

What payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and taxes are added at checkout.

An item is sold out. Can I get it?

Stock changes quickly. Message us or email us and we will tell you if it is coming back.
