At Activate Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we now offer Free Returns for a limited time! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right—no return shipping cost to you.
Free Returns
Limited-Time Offer: We are currently offering Free Returns on all eligible orders.
- No return shipping fees — we cover the cost.
- Valid on returns made within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided upon request.
- Items must meet our return eligibility criteria (see below).
- This offer is available for a limited time and may end without notice.
Returns
- You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless your order qualified for free returns.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees originally paid.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- To request an exchange, please email shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Used or worn sports equipment
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return qualifies, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping for Returns
- Returns are free during our promotional period. You’ll receive a prepaid return label.
- After the promotional period ends, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
