At Activate Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we now offer Free Returns for a limited time! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right—no return shipping cost to you.


Free Returns

Limited-Time Offer: We are currently offering Free Returns on all eligible orders.

  • No return shipping fees — we cover the cost.
  • Valid on returns made within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided upon request.
  • Items must meet our return eligibility criteria (see below).
  • This offer is available for a limited time and may end without notice.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless your order qualified for free returns.
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees originally paid.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • To request an exchange, please email shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Used or worn sports equipment

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return qualifies, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.


Shipping for Returns

  • Returns are free during our promotional period. You’ll receive a prepaid return label.
  • After the promotional period ends, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
