Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Greater Toronto Area): 2–5 business days
- Other Provinces in Canada: 5–10 business days
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or postal service issues.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely and quickly.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only within Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages During Shipping
- Activate Sports is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the carrier to file a claim.
