Refund, Return and Exchange policy

At Activate Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Used or worn sports equipment

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shopactivate.sports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
